2.1 Theorem I
It is impossible to rate functionally without knowing the function and conditions.
According to the theorem, rating an isolated theoretical figure is a challenge: you can always refute the rating, which depends on a variety of assumptions.
This obvious fact is well known, but few manuals take it into account.
