4. Conclusion

EFQM is an approach based on the experience and practice of the most successful organizations, which are happy and proud to share their best managerial practices with others. It's a long-term approach, but one that allows you to start with simple tools and methods, and rapidly achieve tangible results within six months or a year.

The financial cost of the approach depends on the size of the organization, but it is low. Training and recognition can cost as little as a few thousand euros. But the key factor for success is the unfailing commitment of the organization's management, starting at the highest level. Partners and consultants can provide support and assistance, but the process cannot be delegated.
