4. Where It All Comes Down to
It’s 5:30 p.m. There are thirty minutes left. Everyone knows it. Eyes are glancing at the clock more often than at the screen. That’s when the session shifts.
The first forty minutes reveal the vague rules. The next hour highlights the fragile data. The final thirty minutes, however, reveal collective discipline. We’re no longer talking about a tool, but about steering.
In the vast majority of workshops I’ve facilitated, this is where it all comes down to. Either the two hours result in a usable deliverable, or we walk away with our own illusion.
