Participatory innovation; employee-driven innovation :

Participative innovation is a structured management approach designed to stimulate and encourage the generation, implementation and dissemination of ideas by all staff, with a view to creating added value and moving the organization forward.

These interactions generally take place within communities whose vocation is to improve cross-functional communication and collaborative working within an organization. This social network is supported by a dedicated software platform.
