6. Aseptic packaging

Aseptic packaging consists of sterile filling of a sterile product into a sterile primary packaging, followed by sterile sealing of this packaging. The operation is carried out in a room with a laminar flow of sterile air.

Prior to aseptic packaging, it is essential to ensure that the liquid to be packaged is not only sterile, but has also been enzymatically stabilized. This stabilization can only be achieved thermally.

6.1 Aseptic packaging conditions

  • install the packaging machine in a separate room, with the smallest possible volume;
