4. Other ecodesign standards

Note

The following are some of the salient points taken from standards EN 13428 to EN 13432.

To comply with these standards, and therefore with the regulatory requirements of the French Environment Code, it is essential to purchase them from AFNOR, so as to have access to all the specifications they contain.

4.1 Additional standards and technical documents

Directive 94/62 of December 20, 1994 empowers the European Commission to initiate the development of ecodesign standards, and lists a number of topics (dir. 94/62, art. 10).
