3. Conclusion

The results presented in this study show that NMR is a very powerful technique, capable of resolving virtually all the issues involved in determining the chemical structure and microstructure of polymeric materials in solution and in the solid state. It should be noted, however, that the resolution of these problems and the interpretation of the spectra most often require the implementation of specific pulse sequences, as well as detailed modeling, in order to interpret all the chemical and/or morphological phenomena observed. It's also important to note that this technique has taken off in recent years with the use of high-field spectrometers, which are essential for achieving the sensitivity and resolution needed to study complex systems such as polymers.
