NF EN ISO 62 – Plastics – Determination of water absorption.
Measuring this characteristic enables us to assess any variations in the mass of certain plastics used in contact with water or exposed to humidity. Absorption is determined :
by immersion in cold or boiling water;
or by exposure in an enclosure with defined humidity and temperature.
