4. Conclusion
The special properties of rubber materials (elasticity, impermeability, adhesion, damping, etc.) mean that they are used in the construction of many mechanical components involving static contact, sliding and rolling. Despite the wear inherent in these various modes of use, they prove their effectiveness in the manufacture of tires for all types of rolling stock.
