1. Introduction to the Agile method
An agile method is an approach to software development and project management that focuses on collaboration, adaptation to change and continuous delivery of work products. It is based on several key principles and can be implemented via different agile development methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP. Each of these methods has its own practices and techniques for implementing agile principles.

It is based on an iterative, incremental process where development teams work on prioritized tasks based on a product backlog, which is constantly updated according to stakeholder feedback.
