3. What information should I request from my non-EEA supplier?
If your supplier is not based in the EEA, he is not subject to REACh regulations. As an importer, it is you who must meet the obligations associated with placing a product on the market.
Your obligations under the registration procedure will depend on your annual import tonnage. The threshold of one tonne per year triggers obligations to continue importing.
