5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't write an incomplete impact study

One of the main sources of litigation raised by the project's detractors is the inadequacy of the impact study. It is therefore imperative that you list all sources of nuisance. On the other hand, you must not forget to describe the measures envisaged for each of them in order to (as a priority) eliminate, if not limit, and if possible even compensate for, any inconveniences they may cause.

Before approving your impact study, check that all the points in the summary are not only covered, but that the questions that anyone might ask are also answered.
