4. Our advice

4.1 Determine the content of the impact study in relation to the scale of the works, the planned developments and their foreseeable impact on the environment.

It is therefore not necessary to deal in detail with all the themes identified above, either in the analysis of the initial state or in that of the effects and measures taken.

For example, in a facility where the only use of water would be for sanitary purposes, with wastewater connected to the community sewerage system, the main points to be addressed in detail for water will be limited to questions relating to :

  • to rainwater ;

  • the risk of accidental pollution from liquid spills and fire extinguishing water.
