4. Write the NHS
A well-drafted NHS will show the health and safety measures taken to meet legislative and regulatory requirements (in particular the French Labor Code).
The procedure stipulates that the CHSCT must be consulted before the file is submitted to the prefecture, so it is in the employer's interest to involve it in the drafting of the file, and in particular that of the NHS.
