5.1 Verification and validation
Verification is the process of determining whether the implementation of the calculation method correctly represents the concept. ISO 16730 This means verifying the implementation of a model within a computer system. Verification of agent model displacement algorithms can be based on the eleven cases proposed in Appendix 3 of International Maritime Organization circular MSC.1/circ 1238.
