3. How do you prepare your staff for an accident?

3.1 Training

In order to take charge of the first intervention, some of our staff will need to be trained in intervention techniques.

  • SST training: SSTs are able to provide first aid to any victim of a workplace accident or illness, while waiting for specialist help to arrive. According to article R. 4224-15 of Code du travail , first-aid attendants must be present in every workshop where dangerous work is carried out, and in every worksite employing at least twenty people for more than fifteen days, where dangerous work is carried out.
