7.1 Please note that you are eligible for the transition period in the event of a SYNAPSE declaration.
If you market your products in France and are up to date with your SYNAPSE declarations (for products classified as hazardous to health and physical hazards), you are eligible for a transition period until January 1, 2025. This period will allow you to properly implement your internal formulation numbering system.
