5. Ensure traceability
Articles R. 541-42 to 48 of the French Environment and Health Code ( Code de l’environnement ) provide a rigorous framework for the traceability and control of nuisance-generating waste circuits.
You must trace your waste to its final destination, by :
issuing disposal slips based on the Cerfa 12571*01 model or, for asbestos, the Cerfa 11861*02: the forms can be consulted on the Classified Installations website, under "Forms" (article R. 541-45 of Code de l’environnement ;
