4.1 Regulations
It's not uncommon for project owners or prime contractors in charge of industrial projects in the agri-food sector to put forward food hygiene requirements which, in their view, run counter to the French Labour Code.
In such situations, experience shows that regulations are often complementary, never contradictory.

Walls: food hygiene regulations stipulate that walls must be made of impact-resistant, waterproof, rot-proof, smooth and easy-to-clean materials.
