3.1 As of today, your first priority is to prepare for the controls:

  • on the form of SDSs, which must comply with the latest version of Annex II of the REACh regulation (currently règlement 878/2020 );

  • the consistency of uses, operational conditions and risk management measures in relation to SDS indications (this is a recurring theme in DREAL inspections).
