1. Purpose, scope and limits of the article

1.1 Purpose of the article

The aim of this article is to provide a view of the formalized SMS that is sufficiently broken down so that the principles and elements that may make it up can each appear clearly, and thus enable people or entities interested in building an SMS adapted to their situation, in which the elements cited should be found, but in various forms and integrated into the organization.

The article is based on the author's practice and on three repositories of different origins, whose synthesis represents an acceptable state of the art at the date of publication (2012).
