4. You are not the notifier of the substance

If you are sourcing from within the European Community, only a few checks on your supplier's compliance are necessary. These include :

• your supplier's request for a registration number (see step "You are a substance notifier");

• appropriate classification and labelling in accordance with the CLP Regulation;

• substance notification ;

• inclusion of the operating conditions and risk management measures you apply when processing the substance.
