6.1 Don't forget the general instructions
When using the table in chapter 3.2 of the ADR, which refers directly to the specific provisions for the substance to be transported, we often forget to take into account the general provisions, which apply to all substances, and are presented at the head of the chapter. So be careful not to overlook them.
