6. Mistakes to avoid
6.1 Don't introduce PPE without first consulting future beneficiaries
This leads to non-use, misuse or repercussions in terms of work organization (clumsiness if PPE is in the way, etc.), and therefore to a deterioration in safety and/or productivity. Encourage exchanges with operators in the field, to gather their expectations in terms of comfort and hygiene, and to raise their awareness of the need to improve their working conditions.
