Hervé Volland is head of the Immunoanalysis Studies and Research Laboratory (CEA/DSV/iBiTec-S/SPI) at Saclay (91).

Nathalie Khreich is a doctoral student in the same laboratory.

Today, certain biological agents pose a very serious threat to public health, both from unintentional events (pollution, contamination, etc.) and from potential misuse. These agents may be viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites or toxins.
