2.1 Different possibilities and constraints

As we saw in the previous paragraph, the characterization of the reactor differs according to the value of the Hatta number. To meet each condition, various reactor parameters need to be taken into account: interfacial area, gas and liquid retentions, material transfer coefficient, diameter and ascension velocity of gas bubbles.
