3. Water diagrams
Several diagrams are used to present the characteristics of water:
the phase diagram: the state of water according to pressure and temperature. The diagram for water, for example, is shown in figure 4 ;
the enthalpy-pressure diagram, which shows the thermal energy contained in a phase (or mixture) as a function of temperature.
