10.1 Current airborne noise levels

The following values (of statistical origin) combine the results of numerous experiments. In the reference [3] , we have gathered information from 4 sources:

• values published in the EUROPUMP guide [6] ;

• values taken from work carried out by SULZER [21] ;

• values published by the SHF [22] ;

• values resulting from the VDI 3743 rule
