2.1 Characteristic curves of a centrifugal pump

The theoretical height, for an infinite number of blades, is given by Euler's relation :

H_{th \infty} = \frac{U_{2} V_{u 2 \infty}}{g}

Following the continuity equation and the property of output velocity triangles, we write :
