2. Hydraulic drive highlights

Generally speaking, hydraulic servo-control is not an inexpensive solution. It is not, therefore, a solution for systems with mediocre performance and essentially economic criteria. Hydraulic servo systems should be considered when they alone offer the performance you need, or when they deliver it better than competing systems.
