3. Tests and results

To date, 68 front row players have been tested at the Centre National de Rugby in Marcoussis, where Rugbor v2 is installed. Four groups of players have been set up according to gender and level of expertise: a "France Senior" group (front-row players of the French national rugby team), a "France jeune" group (players under 19, under 21 and hopefuls), a "Club amateur" group (players playing at levels below the 1 re federal division) and a "France féminine" group.

3.1 Protocol adopted

The protocol consisted of a warm-up (on a bicycle ergometer) followed by familiarization with scrum effort in the ergometric device, then an evaluation of maximum scrum effort with impact engagement (this trial was repeated...
