3. Conclusion

Calculating internal loads in a toothed belt drive has required the development of fairly simple calculation tools based on reasonable assumptions made in mechanical modeling. Experimental evidence obtained in research laboratories has confirmed the validity of these approaches [49][50][61] . On an industrial scale and in a real automotive transmission configuration [62] , load distributions have also been measured. Naturally, industrial experimentation is not easy to prepare and then carry out.
