Ultrasonic-controlled clamping is used in a wide range of industrial sectors, including energy, automotive, rail, heavy industry and aeronautics. The need for safety and quality is growing in these sectors.

A few examples of applications

  • Tightening all screws on an ultrasonic assembly

    This involves measuring tension independently of the tool used to tighten the bolts (screwdriver, torque wrench or hydraulic tensioner). During tightening, regardless of the tool used to tighten the bolts, attention is paid to monitoring the evolution of tension directly on the measuring device.

  • Long-term: check the tension present in the screws at all times. Follow the behavior of a screwed assembly over several years. This method is widely used in maintenance departments....
