5. Part movement mode and amplitude

Given the same conditions (geometry, load, speed, etc.), the mode and amplitude of displacement determine the stability of the lubrication regime, the thermal energy dissipated, the behavior of interfaces (debris evacuation, surface renewal), and so on.
