2. Current equipment
To date, the laser fusion market is shared between six main manufacturers (EOS, 3D Systems, SLM Solutions, Concept Laser, Renishaw, and Realizer). Generally, these manufacturers offer machines and powders made from different materials with their own usage parameters (table 1 ). However, it is possible to use other sources of powder supply, provided that the machine warranty remains valid and the appropriate usage parameters can be found.
