2.1 Flow spacing

Cooling electronic circuits poses the problem of heat transfer in a confined space. Heat transfer takes place by natural or forced convection, in laminar or turbulent flows.

Optimum channel spacing can be determined in various configurations depending on the shape of the exchange surfaces distributed in the available volume: assembly of parallel plates, cylinders, etc.
