2. What are the principles of passive construction?
For a building to qualify as passive, it must at least comply with the labelling process, which includes a number of requirements. A declaration on honor is not enough. Labels have been created in European Union countries to certify compliance with the specifications. The table below compares the criteria adopted in three countries: France, Switzerland and Germany.
