Accumulateur électrochimique; electrochemical accumulator

Reversible (rechargeable) electrochemical system used to store electrical energy, where all electrochemical compounds are included in the system (there are no external inputs as in the case of fuel cells – the accumulator is rechargeable while the cell is not).

Batterie (d'accumulateur); battery

Set of electrochemical accumulators electrically connected together.
