3. Implement the action plan

This stage includes a series of awareness-raising, training, education and communication initiatives to be carried out with your company's employees, as it is essential to take human factors into account to achieve a lasting reduction in your site's energy consumption.

3.1 Raising staff awareness of eco-actions

The best way to save energy without investing is to make your employees aware of ecogestures. The aim is to encourage them to adopt reflexes that will limit energy consumption in offices and workshops wherever possible. For example, turn off lights in all unoccupied premises, switch off computers and other office equipment at the end of the working day, use daylight rather than neon and LED lighting... And so on.
