2. How do you install, connect and commission a photovoltaic power plant to produce electricity and green hydrogen?

The administrative procedures required for the photovoltaic installation and the installation of the electrolyser are :

• declaration of work to the town hall ;

• Consuel certificate of electrical conformity;

• ICPE 3420 declaration to the DREAL for the production of green hydrogen from photovoltaic electricity by electrolysis;

• ICPE 4715 declaration to the DREAL for green hydrogen storage;

• ICPE 1416 declaration to the DREAL for the distribution of green hydrogen.
