2. Performance and yield verification

Standard practice is to check that the equipment supplied delivers the contractually agreed performance.

The manufacturer generally has a certain amount of time (1 to 2 months) to fine-tune his equipment and carry out adjustments, after which acceptance tests are carried out.

These tests cover at least :

  • achieving maximum speed;

  • obtaining :

    • of boiler outlet pressure,

    • superheated and reheated steam temperatures in the pages provided,

    • good combustion quality,

    • guaranteed performance (at one or more speeds) ;

  • and, more generally, on the verification of contractual stipulations, which...
