5. Operating data

The operating characteristics of a given compressor model contain the following data in the form of tables, graphs or selection software supplied by manufacturers:

• the nature of the refrigerant ;

• rotation speed ;

• evaporating temperature/condensing temperature;

• the degree of superheating of the sucked-in steam and undercooling of the condensed liquid;

• cooling capacity and power consumption.
