1. Operating principle

The processes mentioned below are essentially trithermal sorption processes, and it is worth recalling their basic aspects and principle. These systems, covered in [BE 9 734] , have the characteristic of being able to perform vapour suction, compression, delivery and expansion operations in the same way as mechanical compressors, but without using a mechanical compressor and using heat. This is why these components are also known as thermal compressors.
