1. Use constraints

All the constraints to which industrial floors must conform can be grouped into :

  • destination constraints ;

  • production constraints ;

  • economic constraints.

1.1 Destination constraints

As the constraints on the use of the building are linked to the industrial activity, it is important to first specify the type of industry and its specific features (e.g. food industry, dairy products factory), then analyze the different constraints for each zone of the building.
