2.1 Emptying: best practices

Oil changes must be carried out by an approved professional. We'll explain this approval mechanism in more detail later.

It is essential to check the thickness of the deposits at the bottom of the pit on a regular basis. If these deposits represent around two-thirds of the total depth between the liquid level and the invert (bottom), the pit needs to be emptied as soon as possible.
