3. Before laying

3.1 Substrate condition

It must comply with standards P 63-201-1/2 (DTU 51.1), P 63-202-1/2 (DTU 51.2) and P 63-204-1/2 (DTU 51.11).

The substrate must not be susceptible to any form of rising damp.

  • Nail-down installation (P 63-201-1/2, DTU 51.1)

    Substrates suitable for parquet flooring are listed in the table 11 .

  • Glue-down installation (P 63-202-1/2, DTU 51.2)
