13. Pipes, air conditioning ducts

Large-diameter water distribution pipes coming into buildings are made of cast iron or now PVC, and fittings are grouted with compressed, removable elastomer profiles.

Sewage pipes are now made of PVC and connected with compressed elastomer gaskets with clamps, and can also be sealed with high-quality sealants to guarantee long service life: elastomer sealants 1 re or grade 2 with primer.

Air-conditioning ducts are made of galvanized sheet steel, and fittings are sealed with neoprene- or butyl-rubber-based cartridge sealants.
