After Hénard [4] and [5] , whose underground service street project was perfectly feasible (as was Le Corbusier's housing unit), we must mention the architect Paul Maymont. In addition to a number of futuristic cities, around 1970 he proposed to use the entire subsoil of the Seine River in the Paris crossing, installing expressways and garages, the primary networks of each service and also workshops, sports and theater halls, etc. (figure 9 )....
