3. Prerequisites

The deployment of this new type of industrialization requires a number of cultural prerequisites. Indeed, it does not affect the assigned roles of the various players in the value chain, provided that each of them feels invested with a real mission. And it is in this respect that it represents what might be called a paradigm shift. Data industrialization is based on a shared perception of collective objectives.

This new elicitation (designating and making explicit) concerns the three dimensions that define the building system in its dynamics. In fact, it involves considering technology in the service of a higher cause, namely the relationship between a community and its territory.
