2. Design

In order to respond to the characterization, it is essential to have the tools needed to formulate proposals adapted to the specifications. The first step is to capitalize on knowledge, before determining the design methods that will be based on this information.

This increase can be explained in two ways.

While functional analysis needs to be calibrated in each context, it is sufficiently generic to introduce a certain structuring of data. Indeed, the exercise shows that many elements of analysis can be repeated with full knowledge of the facts. This is due to the existence of so-called systemic invariants. Construction does not escape the epistemological rules of other sciences. The difficulty lies in identifying these constants without falling into the routine of everyday practices.
